Under this name has been applied to the line Ministries of Albanian Government for the unsolicited concession for New Shengjini Port and has been issued the approval by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Energy.

Meantime has been contracted the Italian company MEDING for the services of feasibility study, detailed design and supervision for the construction of the New Port of Shengjin - Lezhe and has been implemented the first phase of site research for the design. The project is financially advised by Deloitte.

The aim is to develop and increase the capacity of port both by creating and upgrading infrastructures and facilities and increasing the efficiency of port operations, considering that port is node of the networks, components of the intermodal chain.
